The buttocks and thighs are among the most affected areas in today’s way of life. Sitting at the computer for extended periods of time is in no way conducive to keeping these muscle groups in good condition. Keeping the hip joint at a 90° angle shortens the muscles on the front of the thighs, and the gluteal area gets overstretched. Keeping the legs bent at the knee additionally shortens the hind muscles of the thighs. The usual slouching and protruding belly weaken the muscles of the back and the abdomen. Under these conditions, developing lower crossed syndrome is a near inevitability to be expected. And so, Play Reha offers you a solution to this problem by restoring a healthy interaction between these muscles. This will enable you to maintain a healthy and proper posture.
