This program is aimed at preparing your body for playing football.
The goal of the program is to strengthen the skeletal musculature, actively involved in playing football, thus increasing muscle tone and strengthening the active stabilizers of the joints with higher risk of injury. Good preparation decreases the risk of trauma and conditions like athletic pubalgia.
For a full and timely recovery, it is necessary to perform the exercises daily.
This program is made for amateur athletes. If you would like professional training, we offer our individual programs!
