About the program:
This program is aimed at patients with traumatic injuries to the medial meniscus of the knee joint.
You may begin this program after consulting your physician or a member of our team. It is advisable to start a few days after the injury, when the swelling goes down.
The goal of the program is to stabilize the knee joint by improving the tone of the stabilizer muscles, to restore the mobility of the knee, and to prevent the formation of bad compensatory habits.
For a full and timely recovery, it is necessary to perform the exercises daily.

- A new playlist is loaded every day.
- The videos combine a detailed description of the exercise with a visual demonstration of how to correctly perform it.
- The exercises gradually progress in difficulty.
